Year 2000 Readiness Disclosure
WaveWare has a strong commitment to meeting the needs of our customers, including Year 2000 Readiness. Preparing computers and software for the Year 2000 is a significant issue for all businesses.
WaveWare considers that a product is "Year 2000 Ready" if the product, when used in accordance with its associated documentation, is capable of correctly processing, providing and/or receiving date data between the years 1970 and 2038, provided all other products (for example, software, hardware and firmware) that exchange date data with the product do so properly and accurately and in a form and format compatible with the product. We have done extensive testing to ensure our products are Year 2000 Ready. Based on this testing, we firmly believe that our product(s) ("Products") are Year 2000 Ready. Specifically, our testing reveals that our Products will accurately process dates when calculating, comparing, sequencing, and presenting dates between the years 1970 and 2038, which includes between the years 1999 and 2000 and when calculating leap year dates within the date range, including in the year 2000.
Any Year 2000 Readiness issues resulting from the operation of the Products are necessarily subject to the Year 2000 Readiness of other products, including the relevant host or client operating system, third party conduits, applications and databases. WaveWare directs you to the relevant statements of Microsoft Corporation, 3Com Corporation/Palm Computing, and vendors of other host or client operating systems, conduits, applications and databases relating to the Year 2000 Readiness of their respective products.
Except as expressly provided in this statement, WaveWare makes no Year 2000 related representations or warranties for the products, and any such warranties, including any implied warranties, are hereby disclaimed.
